This thief was a contract cleaner—not an employee. She can be seen on numerous other videos looking throughout the store for money.
In the video you can see her enter the back room of the store and smoke crack on two occasions as well as count out money that she is about to steal. This money was secreted away for emergency expenses, but not well enough for her not to find. She also charged the company for services that she did not perform. She was clueless to the fact that her behavior was captured on covert video.
